Eubacteria: Yogurt

Eubacteria are classified as prokaryotic organisms that do not have a membrane enclosed nucleus. One of the phlya of the Eubacteria are the Gram-positive bacteria. Gram-positive bacteria include the bacteria used to make yogurt.
