ATP

Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is considered by biologists to be the energy currency of life. The energy is used for many metabolic processes. Every living cell “burns” ATP to fuel whatever each cell needs to do. This is a picture of a flower. The cells inside the flower are constantly creating and “burning” ATP to fuel the necessary processes for life
