The second part of the Hot Zone is equally as good as the first. I enjoyed the building of the suspense throughout the entire section. I am really intrigued by the story and can not wait to find out what happens next. I really enjoy Preston’s writing style. I think he does a great job overall telling the story. One thing I learned is that one can never be too careful when handling biological samples. This lack of carefulness may cost Jahrling and Geisbert their lives. One thing I’m still wondering is how the army is going to handle the containment of this Ebola breakout in Reston, however this question should be answered as I continue reading.
