C3 Plant

C3 plants use the typical path of carbon fixation as part of the Calvin cycle. This process converts carbon dioxide and ribulose biphosphate into 3-phosphoglycerate, whichs continues on the create glucose. C3 plants are the most common and thrive in moderate environments.
