Anther and Filament of Stamen

The Stamen is the pollen producing reproductive organ of the flower. The stamen consists of a stalk called the filament, and an anther that contains microsporangia. This picture shows the flowers of a plant, these flowers have a stamen that includes an anther and a filament.
