Hermaphrodite

Most plants are hermaphrodites, meaning that they have both male and female sex organs. The male sex organ in the plant is the anther and filament, which produces the pollen, which is the male gametophyte. The female sex organ in the plant is the ovary, where the ovules, which are the female gametophytes, reside.
